These Promotional Code Terms & Conditions (“Promo Terms”) apply only to the promotional code described in the Offer Summary above (the “Promo Code”). By redeeming the Promo Code, you agree to these Promo Terms and our Website Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site Terms”). Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. If there is any conflict, these Promo Terms control for this Promo Code.

1. Eligibility and Redemption: The Promo Code is valid only at https://www.apexlearningvs.com toward the purchase of Apex Learning student enrollments in course(s) listed at https://www.apexlearningvs.com/catalog?catalog=Course. To redeem, enter the Promo Code at checkout before completing the purchase. The Promo Code cannot be applied retroactively, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged. Unless stated otherwise, the Promo Code is limited to one redemption per account and cannot be combined with other offers.
2. Validity Period: The Promo Code is valid from 12:00 a.m. Central Time on May 22, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Central Time on May 26, 2026, or while supplies last. Minimum purchase requirements are calculated before taxes, shipping, and fees. We may limit the number of items or the total discount applied per customer, account, household, or IP address.
3. Exclusions and Territory: Offer available globally except where prohibited by law. The Promo Code does not apply to taxes, fees, shipping, sale items, or gift cards (if offered). The Promo Code may not be redeemed in jurisdictions where such promotions are unlawful.
4. Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be pro-rated to reflect the discount applied. If a minimum spend threshold was required and a return causes the order to fall below that threshold, we may reduce your refund accordingly. Exchanges are subject to availability; the Promo Code may not be reissued.
5. Fraud and Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders or revoke the Promo Code for suspected fraud or abuse. In case of pricing or system errors, we may cancel affected orders and refund payment.
6. Modification or Termination: We may modify or terminate the Promo Code at any time, as permitted by law.
7. Nature of Promo Code: The Promo Code is not a gift card, has no residual value, and any unused value is forfeited.
8. Personal Use: The Promo Code is for personal use and may not be published without our consent.
9. Governing Law: These Promo Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Dispute resolution provisions in our Website Terms of Use apply.
