High school students

Apex Learning Virtual School (ALVS) is an accredited online school offering flexible, virtual courses to middle and high school students that complement schools' and districts' course offerings.

Founded in 1997, ALVS helps thousands of middle and high school students each year earn credits online with our flexible courses. ALVS serves students with a variety of academic goals who want or need the flexibility of virtual learning and online credit attainment while continuing their enrollment at their brick-and-mortar school or homeschool program.

Apex Learning is excited to partner with your school district to offer individualized online student learning opportunities with Live Help from experienced, certified teachers.

ALVS Offers Options

ALVS offers a wide range of courses and learning options to meet students' needs in grades 6-12. All with the support of certified teachers.

The ALVS online English course breaks down how to organize information — it really helped [my son] complete the writing assignments. Plus, feedback from the teachers has helped him become a more confident writer. He is now using these skills in his traditional high school classes.
